Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
  • All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
  • You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Non-refundable items are: clearance products (final sale), any used items such as but not limited to - used footwear, used paddles, and gift cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and you'll receive a notification email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a new item, send us an email at and we'll be glad to help you out.

Late Or Missing Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 - 3 weeks of shipping back the item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
