Free shipping offer applies to orders over $100. Some exceptions apply. 

Free shipping credit will be shown on order summary if applied.

A maximum credit towards shipping cost of $20 will be applied during checkout.

Customer will be charged the balance of shipping costs above $20

Average Shipping Times:

Paddles, balls, accessories, footwear, and clothing items typically arrive within 2 - 11 business days after placing your order.

All other items typically arrive within 12 days after placing your order. In some very rare cases it may take slightly longer for items to arrive.
